All prints are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. The only exception to this is custom orders which may take a little longer.

Yes! Chambre Nue ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.

Once an order has shipped, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please check with your local postal service or building management. all-though I try my best to accommodate any issues that arrive - so don’t be afraid to reach out

All sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong print, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll gladly send you the correct one.

I want you to love your print! If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll be happy to replace it.

All prints are made on museum-quality, 250gsm paper with a pH above 7, ensuring a beautiful finish and long-lasting quality without yellowing over time.
